Eat Right

Diet is not always for weight loss. To have a good lifestyle you should follow the right diet according to your medical conditions and lifestyle. One common diet cannot work for everyone. Always eat on time. Understand your food cravings. Try to add wholesome food and avoid packaged food. Don’t skip any of your meals.

Sleep Right

This is the time where you need a lot of rest. Also if you are in the first trimester, sleep well and afterwards with the baby bum it will be difficult for you to take rest. Keep pillows by your side and if your legs are swollen then place a pillow under your legs. Keep water and some fruits near your bed so that whenever you feel nausea you can just have some snacks or fruits.

Workout

Light workout is necessary but remember never listen to any random person talk with your gynacologist. You can go with pregnancy yoga but always workout under proper guidance. You can start working out so that the delivery process can become easier.

Avoid Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking

You should avoid alcohol as much as you can. When you take alcohol or other harmful products it reaches your baby through blood. Also your immunity is really low at this time. Try to avoid harmful substances as much as you can.

Pregnancy is the most important phase of life where you are emotionally and physically weak. You need extra care and expert’s guidance. Every week your body will change and before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after pregnancy diet and workout will change.
